All purchases from the web site are non-refundable unless as stated below.

An email confirmation will be sent when you have completed your purchase.  Please note your confirmation number to expidite check in at our ticket window prior to boarding the Dolphin Racer. Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the cruise departure time.

Certain minimum passenger requirements must be met for each cruise. If those are not met or if weather prohibits the vessel from cruising, we will be happy to reschedule your cruise or offer a full refund.

Our ticket office and boat departure location is at our Corey Causeway location at 3400 Pasadena Ave. South, St Petersburg, FL 33707.
